Built around the mission

When the requirement is medical, the aircraft is only one part of the solution.

AeroBroker starts with the mission: patient needs, clinical capability, route, timing, airport access and the practical requirements that determine the right solution.

We then source suitable aircraft and specialist aeromedical provider capability from the market. AeroBroker remains the broker and coordinator — the flight and medical services are delivered by appropriately authorised third-party providers.

Aeromedical capability

Source the capability around the patient.

Different missions need different combinations of aircraft, medical crew, equipment, range, runway access and coordination.

Patient Transfer

Domestic and international patient movements where scheduled airline travel is unsuitable.

Medical Retrieval

Specialist aeromedical capability for urgent, complex or clinically supported transfers.

Repatriation

Aircraft and provider sourcing for returning patients to Australia or transferring them overseas.

Regional & Remote

Aircraft options selected around runway access, range, payload and regional operating constraints.

Specialist Teams

Access to established aeromedical providers able to supply appropriately qualified medical teams and equipment.

Mission Coordination

A clear aviation brief covering routing, timing, ground interface, provider needs and operational constraints.

SPECIALIST PROVIDER ACCESS

Established aeromedical capability when the mission requires it.

AeroBroker can work with specialist providers including Medevac.Flights when dedicated aeromedical capability is required. Their published services include emergency and planned patient transfers, critical-care teams, bed-to-bed coordination, international retrievals and organ or donor transport.

This is provider capability available to the mission — not an AeroBroker-owned fleet or medical service. AeroBroker’s role is to define the requirement, source suitable options and coordinate the charter process.
